EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS POLICY

We stand by the quality of our products and offer 30 day money back guarantee. Should you for any reason be unhappy with any of Pherazone products, you can return your purchase within 30 days of purchase date and we will issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product. No returns on multiple bottle orders. We will only issue a refund to the same payment method as used at the checkout.

Should you decide to return a product, please send an email to Customer Care team (sales@pherazone.com) to obtain the RMA number. Returns received without RMA number will not be accepted.

All we ask is that you follow a few reasonable guidelines:

• Products must have been purchased directly from PherazoneOfficial.com.
• Return shipments must have tracking number (such as delivery confirmation)
• Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
• Please include your full name, RMA, order ID and your reason for returning the product
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Restocking fee of 30% may apply on returns received overly used or empty
